Fueling for Sports Performance

A common mistake I see athletes making that detracts from their performance is eating too much or too little surrounding their workouts.
We will dive into fasted training (good or bad?), and guidelines for pre, intra and post workout nutrition. I will also be going over some case studies from endurance and strength athletes I've worked with. Additionally we will have a Q&A at the end of the session.

Body Love Masterclass

This is an online course.

Mission: My mission for this class is to help athletes and enthusiasts increase performance by developing a healthy love and deeper understanding of their unique body.

Why: Athletes and enthusiasts experience strain on our mental and physical health with societal pressures, gender roles, and expectations of what an athletes’ body “should” look like. 

These mental pressures can keep us from feeling and performing at our best. 

The truth: It’s not about fixing things you believe to be broken, its about tapping into the boundless energy and focus that can only be found in true body love and acceptance. 

Who you are does not have to match the expectations of the world. 

In this course you will fall deeper in love with your body, nerd out on what it can do, and learn how to tailor your mindset, nutrition and training (uniquely to you) to feel more joy, and discipline with a supportive community behind you. 

Ultimately you will experience support as you integrate positive self-talk habits to maximize your performance, decrease burnout and integrate healthier body loving habits for more joy and sustainability. 

You’ve only got one body from which to house and execute your dreams. Learn it. Love it. GO SEND!

Who it’s for: Athletes and outdoor enthusiasts looking to elevate their body love, body image, self-talk, and relationship with food and exercise. 


How: Each Week we will have a topic for learning objectives & a discussion with Q&A.

There will be a supportive community, homework and action items for each week.

I will have office hours available to participants. 

When: Week of September 13th. (I will poll participants on a day/ time.) 

Length: This is a 5 week course with a 3 week optional follow up.
