Lena: Healthy Lifestyles Coaching + Personal Training

“When we had hit a wall on our progress with climbing it was clear that something needed to change. We came across the Gnarly Girl Fitness social media page. After doing some research we reached out to Brianna about working with her. When you’re married to a retired physician ultra athlete who jumps on board to also working with Brianna for his nutrition you know it’s a solid choice. We weren’t looking for a fad diet, or a temporary fix. We were looking for education from someone that knew what they were teaching, and practicing what they were preaching. We got exactly that working with Brianna. She taught us what a properly balanced diet really looked like. She taught us that we can still enjoy life and the food scene in Las Vegas. That we can still have the things we love. At the end of the day it’s not about being perfect all of the time, it’s about making informed decisions about what your body needs. We felt a difference in our energy and overall health almost immediately. Our climbing has improved with our lifestyle changes. Our strength to weight ratio has greatly improved for both of us. Not only do we look better but we feel better and we preform better athletically now. We can’t say enough good things about our experiences with Brianna. Nor would either of us hesitate to recommend Brianna’s services to anyone. Working with her was easy, and an absolute pleasure. We learned so much and are extremely grateful for that!”

Nicole: SOAR 1:1 Healthy Lifestyles Coaching

“I started working with Brianna, because I wanted to figure out what type of nutrition would help me meet my athletic goals. I had already experimented with different diets and eating patterns myself, but nothing seemed to feel right and give me the results I wanted. Initially, I considered hiring her for a meal plan (macros, portions, calories). Upon speaking to Brianna, however, I realized that first I needed to change my habits. I signed up for three months of nutrition coaching and today I can say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The first thing we worked on was my mindset. The work I put into my mindset regarding food, has actually helped me in every other aspect of my life. I have more mental clarity and feel capable of reaching my goals. I am more mindful of my body and my emotions. My bad habits are actually changing and being replaced with healthier ones! Furthermore, I now know what true food freedom is. I eat what's best for me without being restrictive nor over-indulgent. Finding that balance for the first time in my life feels incredible. I am filled with gratitude for Brianna and the wonderful work she does. For a holistic and scientific approach to health and wellness look no further than Gnarly Girl!”

Melaney: Healthy Lifestyles Coaching

“I’ve been an athlete for as long as I’ve been able to walk. It was a game to see how I could maximize my body’s capabilities. When I looked at myself, I couldn’t see results the way that I felt. I had hit a low and had felt in the past that I worked with people who were knowledgeable about training and nutrition, but they hadn’t been brave to dive past the surface level threshold to get to the root. Bri actually told me the “secret” for nutrition within the first 15 minutes of our first session and it still holds true to today. What Bri does that is different than anyone else I’ve ever worked with is that she knew that in order to change a behavior, she had to address my belief system. We worked diligently and addressed my beliefs about food, training, and my own self. THAT is what made her knowledge sustainable. If you’re looking for empathy, adaptability, and sustainability in addition to the bare minimum which is having knowledge, then that’s Bri with out a shadow of a doubt. Her work is what helped me stay strong during a pandemic with two major injuries. There are physical results, but I’ve learned that they’re merely a reflection of the internal work.”
